As a Swiss jewelry shop, we offer you the option to return your order under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal:
Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the jewelry is unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

1. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal:
   Please note that personalized jewelry, engraved items or custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.
   
   
2. Return process:
   Please contact us by email at helloartofsoul.ch before returning the item.
   Pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport.
   The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment, unless the item is damaged or defective.
   
   
3. Refund:
   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the payment method you used.
   
   
4. Repair service:
   Should a piece of jewelry be damaged, we will gladly take care of the repair, provided it is not due to the customer's fault.
